Dave Grebenc and Roxanne Fairweather are the co-CEOs and co-owners of Innovatia Inc., a knowledge management company in Saint John. Since buying Innovatia in 2009, when it had one struggling client, a single product, and a team of around 150 people, they have grown into a dynamic, diversified global company providing a range of software and services to an impressive client list that includes a number of Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Under their leadership, the company has grown by 350%. Today, Innovatia has a workforce nearly 600 strong, working from offices in Atlantic Canada, Calgary, Houston, and Bangalore, India. In 2022, Innovatia sold its SaaS product AcceleratorKMS to Hexagon AB, a Swedish automation and remote monitoring giant. Dave and Roxanne bring decades of combined experience in telecom and IT, including early experience in the legendarily innovative NBTel, backed by a deep commitment to their communities, their people, and each other. With a foundation of trust and integrity, a relentless drive for better, and an insatiable curiosity, their partnership is a model of collaborative innovation leadership.
